Network Owners and Administrator can easily reset a network member's password. Keep in mind that you do not have the ability to see a member's password, but you can send an email to the network member to reset their own password.
Follow these steps to reset a network member's password.
- Click Manage my Network from your Profile menu.
- On the Manage my Network page, click Manage, then Members.
- Search for the member whose password needs resetting, then click the arrow to the right of the member's network user role to reveal an expanded menu.
- Click Reset Password to send an Reset Password link to the network member.
The network member needs to click the Reset Password link on the email from the Network Administrator to create a new password.
