A mind map is a visual mnemonic tool to help you expand and develop your ideas. A mind map is essential so that your ideas can have form, structure, organization, classification, and meaning.
Map is a graphic canvas for drawing connections between information - from Notes to Tasks, Spaces to Boards, Ideas to Inventions - and your people and their skills across your network.
Map helps connect the dots between ideas, papers, solutions, and people. Content-based connections help you and colleagues visualize what members in your network are thinking and doing. Use these connections to collaborate with each other or as a springboard towards better ideas.
With Map, you can find like-minded individuals who share your ideas and you can bounce around these ideas with each other to improve them further.
Map contains two (2) things: 1) Nodes and 2) Edges. The Nodes represent People, Ideas, or Papers, and the Edges, or connecting lines, represent a relationship between the different Nodes. The relationship is based on the tags that users or members are encouraged to add to their Ideas and Papers.
