Owners and Network Administrators are responsible for maintaining a healthy Network. When there is a need to, for example, as part of a disciplinary action, you may temporarily suspend a network member for a period of time. A suspended member cannot access the Network until the suspension is lifted.
Once the suspension period ends, Zillable automatically reinstates the member back into the network.
To suspend a member from your Network, follow the steps below.
- Click Manage my Network from your Profile menu.
- On the Manage my Network page, click Manage, then Members.
- Search for the member to be suspended from your network, then click the arrow to the right of the member's network user role to reveal an expanded menu.
- Click Suspend, then enter the number of days for the suspension. Optionally, you may enter a reason for the suspension.
- Click Suspend.
