Notes are your virtual Post-Its, which you save to your Notebook when you need to remind yourself about something you need to do on your network. Need a reminder about a project? Want to incorporate a concept into an idea you are working on, or need to remember a website that you want to visit again? These can all be taken care of with a Note. Gather everything that’s important to your project, bookmark important items that you’ll want to visit later, and keep details of your project with you at all times. These private files help you remember anything you want.
To go to your Notes on your Notebook, click Notebook on the Hamburger menu, then click the Notes tab in the middle, right between the Everything and Tasks tabs.
Notes within your Notebook are presented in two (2) panes, or columns. The left pane, or the Preview pane, contains a list of all the Notes you've created. Clicking a Note on the list brings up its details on the right pane, or the Work pane, where you can work on the Note if needed.
When adding a Note, you can choose to put it in a Notebook you specifically created to group notes on the same topic. To help you connect it to other Notes, whether from yourself or other network members, you may tag the note (you can add as many tags as you want). You can also attach files and references to the Note. Keeping all these together ensures that your Note can stand on its own.
