Who can upgrade a plan?
Only Network Owners can update payment methods.
Network owners may add or delete payment methods at any time from the Manage My Network page.
To Update your Payment Methods
To add or delete a payment method, follow the steps below.
- On the Profile Menu, click Manage My Network.
- On the Manage My Network menu, click Billing.
- On the Billing page, click the Payment Methods tab.
- To add a payment method, click the Add Card button, enter the card's details in the fields provided, then click Save.
- To remove a payment method, click the Delete button to the right, then click Save.
