Board analytics (Basic) gives managers the insights needed to make fact-based decisions on the performance of members within a Board. By combining the science of numbers, data, and analytical discovery to work, managers are able to evaluate problems within workflows much faster and reallocate resources to support bottlenecks and blockages. Here is how Board Analytics works.
Managers, and optionally Board members, call Board Analytics from the Board's More Options menu.
This brings up the Basic Board Analytics page.
On the left side, we see a pie chart of all activities on the Board, divided into the activities for each of our lists.
This chart helps us understand where Cards are sitting within a Board. Each color represents a List and the percentages represent how many Cards of the Total number of Cards are sitting on those Lists. You can filter the pie for specific content, notes, or tasks on the Board.
Additionally, you can filter pie by choosing which Lists to include/exclude.
Board analytics also allows you to look at member performance on a Board.
All members of the Board are scored based on the number of Cards they own and which Lists those Cards belong. You can filter by content type or by Lists.
Managers may allow Board members to view Board Analytics by enabling the Enable Analytics Access Right for Member from the Manage Board page.
