Who has access to Boards?
Any full member of a network can create and join Boards.
Boards are available under all plans - plan details.
Boards represent a number of different things within your private network. Use boards to enhance a challenge, manage a project, evaluate ideas, create workflows, or as a means to further help develop anything on your network.
Boards contain Lists with Cards that represent people or any created content on your private network. Lists are basic steps within Boards. Members of a Board move Cards through lists according to a workflow that makes sense for their network.
All Content (Private or network-wide) Listed on a Board can be viewed by any member of the Board regardless of the Space the content is posted to.
- Boards posted to a network-wide Space are discoverable. Similarly, Boards posted to a Private Space can only be viewed by members of that Space.
- Boards that you create and those that you are a member of are listed on your Quick Links.
- You can star or bookmark a Board to move it to the top of your Quick Links.
- In addition to making comments on the Cards, you can also collaborate on the Board itself by pressing More Options>Show Comments.
