Polls are a great way to engage your members. For example, you can use polls to ask a question, get feedback, and decide on a direction.
As an Administrator, you have access to all the Polls created in the network. Other than adding a new Poll, you can also Hide or Delete polls which you think should be unpublished or removed from the network.
To view the Polls on your network, follow the steps below.
- Click Manage my Network from your Profile menu.
- On the Manage my Network page, click Manage, then Polls.
- On the Polls page, all Polls created on your network are displayed.
To look for a specific poll, you may either enter the Poll name or a keyword on the search box.
You can also sort the Polls displayed. Click the Sort By arrow found on the right side and select either New to sort the list by date created, or A-Z to sort it by name.
To hide or delete a poll, click the arrow beside the Poll name, then select either Hide or Delete.
When a poll is hidden, it is unpublished from the network. You can restore a hidden poll by looking for it under the Hidden tab, then clicking Restore.
When a poll is deleted, it is permanently removed from the network.
To add a new poll, click the Poll button, enter the required information on the Make a Poll window, then click Publish.
